The Piano Man

The Piano Man

He looks so happy,
So content.
Fingers as light as air,
Brushing over the keys,
Making a twinkling sound.
The sound is soft,
Pretty and flowing.
It flows through the trees,
Through the meadows and fields,
Flowers sway to the music,
The tall trees bend to listen.
Everywhere people stop to hear,
As he sits,
Happily playing.
No one knows him,
No one sees him,
But their smiles brighten as they listen,
To the wonderful music,
Played by the piano man.
